Email Services
From LlamaWiki
You're ChipsWorld E-Mail can be access several different ways. You can SSH in an use PINE or Mutt. Windows users can configure Outlook or Outlook Express, or you can use the newly installed WebMail interface.
Why is Llamas.Net Different?
First, because I run it. Second, Because I work in the security field. Those things being said, I attempt to operate ChipsWorld in the most secure fashion possible. This includes utilizing cryptography when possible, and otherwise turning services off. This means you have to click some checkboxes to get and send email through ChipsWorld. It's not too difficult to do and I'll walk you through it.
How is Llamas.Net Different?
Like most mail servers we support POP3 and IMAP4 connections for retrieving your email, however you must use the SSL encrypted ports. What this means is when your email client send your username and password to ChipsWorld, it can't be read by anyone. This also means that the email you are downloading cannot be read by the BadGuys(tm) either.
Take me to the mountain, Chip!
